Further, we also operate as an extended team for Private Equity firms, assisting with valuation analysis (QoE, NWC, Net Debt), and provide comprehensive accounting, bookkeeping, and virtual CFO services for businesses.
Leveraging Big 4 experience, our professionals bring advanced expertise in global and regional accounting standards—including IFRS, ASPE, and US GAAP—as well as internal control frameworks such as ICFR.

Hardik brings over a decade of diversified experience from Big 4 accounting firms across multiple geographies, with a specialization in Deal Advisory, Financial Audit, and Accounting Services. His core expertise includes Financial Due Diligence — with a focus on Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, and Net Debt — as well as deep knowledge of ASPE, IFRS, US GAAP, and ICFR implementation.
Throughout his career, Hardik has advised clients across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, real estate, consumer goods, information technology, and dental clinics. He has consistently helped businesses navigate complex transactions, enhance financial transparency, and meet regulatory requirements.
